Flashpoint has enhanced the Request a Source form in Ignite to support the automated onboarding of Telegram channels, giving users direct control over one of the platform’s most requested and high-signal sources.

Now, instead of submitting a ticket or waiting for manual approval, users can:

• Add up to five Telegram URLs at once
  
• Submit directly through the platform
  
• Receive an in-app notification in under 10 minutes
  
• Click to pivot straight into the newly collected source

This is the same collection workflow that Flashpoint’s automated source discovery uses, which is now fully available to customers. Whether tracking a known threat actor or monitoring emerging attack discussions, you can bring Telegram intelligence into your environment the moment it matters.

How it works

This intuitive self-service workflow lives directly within the Ignite platform and makes it easy to integrate Telegram content into your daily workflows.

• Navigate to the Request a Source form under the ? menu in Ignite
  
• Select “Telegram” as the source type
  
• Paste up to five Telegram channel URLs
  
• Click Submit to initiate the request
  
• Within ~5–10 minutes, you’ll receive an in-app notification in the bell icon, confirming the channel has been added.
  
• Click the notification to pivot directly into the new collection search results

This self-service workflow is currently available for Telegram sources, and it will be expanded to other source types in the future.
