What’s new

We’ve added News directly into Flashpoint Ignite. Now, users have the ability to seamlessly integrate and access relevant news articles from various sources, all within the platform.

News augments Flashpoint’s proprietary open and difficult-to-access sources with both mainstream and security industry news, to provide customers a complete picture of their threat landscape, without the need to switch between multiple tools and sources.

Why it matters

We introduced News to help our customers stay informed about the constantly changing threat landscape. It delivers crucial, current insights from a wide range of reliable sources including security researchers, blogs, and mainstream news outlets.

  • Stay ahead of mainstream news: By incorporating news articles into Ignite, users can stay ahead of news cycles, gaining valuable insights into emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Comprehensive insights: Accessing news articles complements Flashpoint’s collection sources with external sources, providing a more holistic view of potential threats and their impact on organizations.
  • Streamlined workflow: The integration of news directly within the Ignite platform eliminates the need for users to switch between multiple tools and sources, streamlining their workflow and saving valuable time.

How it works

News is seamlessly integrated into Collections within Ignite.

  1. Users can easily search for and access news articles using various criteria such as title, description, article content, domain URL, country and published date.
  2. Additionally, users can apply enrichment filters to further refine their search results.
  3. Once users find relevant articles, they can view key details, and take actions such as sharing articles or submitting RFIs directly within the platform.
