Walter Glenn Primrose, U.S. Coast Guard veteran and former Department of Defense contractor, and his wife Gwynn Darle Morrison have been arrested for allegedly using stolen identities to obtain fraudulent documents, including Social Security cards and passports.

Charges against them include identity theft, passport fraud, and conspiracy to commit crimes against the United States. Government records claim that the couple assumed the identities of deceased babies Bobby Edward Fort and Julie Lyn Montague, and have been operating under those names since the 1980s. It is under this falsified identity that Primrose worked with the U.S. government, first in the Coast Guard as an avionics technician until his retirement in 2016, and most recently as a DOD contractor, from which he maintains a government-issued security clearance.

Pictures seized from Primrose and Morrison also included photographs from years prior wearing KGB uniforms.
